Excellent profuct: effective, works Much Faster than melatonin tablets/gummies. My husband falls asleep within 5–10 minutes, and I usually fall asleep within 30–60 minutes. (I’m a tough insomnia case lol!). We both get good sleep and wake up ready to take on the day. No drowsiness or hungover feeling, At All! I stumbled upon liquid melatonin at a local grocery discount store a few years ago, and it’s great I can now order it online. (FYI: The discount grocery store may not have any liquid melatonin right now; their products are always changing, and their inventory is based on what they can get for a discount, like when a company changes its packaging: This discount store buys the inventory of that product with its now former/now “old” packaging, and sells it to customers for a discounted price. So ordering this online vs buying it locally makes sense to me.) I like having the ability to adjust my dose easily. The flavor is yummy too. Price seems fair and it doesn’t make me drowsy when I wake up. Do your research when using melatonin, it’s not really meant to “help you fall asleep” but more so to help you with your circadian rhythm and works best when you’re being consistent with it.

I started out slow with 3 drops but now I take 1 drop per hour I want to stay asleep. At my age I wake up at night any way, so I take 6 drops then to get back to sleep take 3-4 more. Maximum dose is 10, but splitting it this way keeps the weird dreams away and works consistently for me. Just remember to shake the bottle.

Very strong puts my son right to sleep easy to dose down and lasts for a very long time. We are still on the first bottle after weeks and weeks.

Arrived with weird stuff on the top part. Not first time purchasing. It works pretty good in combination with natural vitamins.
