Will this work with Cricket?

It will only work with Cricket if it is a gsm phone. Samsung Gallaxy phones come in both GSM and CDMA. Verizon uses CDMA and AT&T uses GSM. You need to confirm with Cricket that they use GSM and then find out if this Samsung phone is a GSM or it won't work.

Does it work for us celluar?

You'll have to check with your carrier. I know that Samsung doesn't play well with AT&T, Verizon and a few others. It states in the product information which carriers it works well with. I'm with TMobile and it works well with this one.
