This is my first time using a router and template so I appreciated the guide but also the online videos from Trend. I recommend you watch so as to learn what all the peg holes are for. You will need a 30mm guide for your router but I've been working with a very old 1/4 inch budget model and it has been fine. Lots of small cuts and not trying to bite off too much at a time.
