Nice oil gel capsules. Much easier to take than tabelts full of binders, etc.

Getting both K1 and K2 is worth it.
As with all supplements, the only real proof of efficacy is to come back in 40 years and see if I'm still writing reviews. I gave them 5 stars because they give me multiple forms. Vit K is very poorly understood, so I'm hedging my bets.

The product is good but delivery took 6 weeks1
I ordered this when I was running low. I always use this product as I believe it is important. I was shocked that I had to wait 6 weeks for it to finally arrive! In the meantime I had almost given up hope and ordered the same product from elsewhere and it came within 2 days!

This is a very good product but you need to remember it is only a supplement. I take this one every other day to boost my vitamin K intake.
