This is without a doubt the best topical 'pain' reliever for Migraines and also headaches
I started getting Migraines (1-3 a week) out of the blue, over the counter medicine didn't do anything and prescribed drugs carried too many side effects (Sleep walking, rebound headaches etc). I had noticed pure peppermint oil helped very slightly to relieve some discomfort so I decided to look into more specialised creams and oils. This is without a doubt the best topical 'pain' reliever for Migraines and also headaches. A very calming scent and I found it worked best when applied fairly generously, from the temples and massaged upwards. Obviously it didn't cure the Migraine but it did allow me to relax more easily, mitigate some pain and actually sleep a little. Luckily I was able to eliminate my migraines with a very timely break up, but I would always keep a tin of this in the medicine cabinet just in case. If you suffer with Migraines you owe it to yourself to try this.

handy thing to have in emergencies
Bought this as an alternative to tablets and the more expensive 4head. Firstly, this differs from 4head in that you apply it to your temples and pulse points - massaging it helps to relieve the headache. The smell is menthol, which I found quite soothing. It will, in my opinion, work on most headaches but if you suffer from migraines I wouldn't hold out much hope of this product helping you. It's a handy little thing to have in your bag, a little goes a long way - don't slaver it on. Would I buy it again? Yes I think I would, it works just as well as the more expensive brands. Would I recommend it? Yes, for regular headaches, for migraines I think more specialised treatment would be needed.

Incredible
Oh my god this stuff is amazing! As a constant sufferer of headaches I recommend it if you don't want to reach for paracetamol all the time, which doesn't always work for me. This stuff gives me relief almost immediately and has a soothing cooling affect. It might not look like much but you only need a wee dab and rub it into your forehead till it absorbs and it works! I've had it years now and haven't run out. Has a strong but nice menthol smell, that I find relaxing, so you get a wee bit of aromatherapy as well! But don't put it too close to your eyes because they might water. Some have said its a bit hard to open and yeah it can get stuck so that's the only reason its getting 4 stars. A screw lid would probably be a better design as I'm often having to use a knife or nail file to pop it open

can’t live without
have suffered migraines for years now, so happy I stumbled across this. It has been a game changer for me, works much better than pills and injections ever have. Have it on subscribe and save as it works so great for me. Doesn’t take the whole problem away but does supply relief

Doesn't cure, but doesn't hurt.
Doesn't get rid of migraines, but the smell certainly helps me feel less nauseous. Good for tensions headaches too, and good for the kids when they have a headache.

I struggled to open the lid
It’s ok if you can get the lid off, a bit oily when rubbed into skin, but I think there are better products out there like tiger balm. At least it’s not plastic.

A Big Fan!!
I initially got this as a gift and I loved it so much that I now buy it on Amazon whenever I run out (which takes probably about a year/and a half and I use it most days?) I use it before bed and I find it really refreshing, I have a much better night's sleep with it. It's sort of menthol/eucalyptus scented. I will say, it's tingly, a bit like an intense version of Carmex lip balm. I love this stuff!

Angenehm

Helps for slight headaches and smells good and not too intense. Does not cause skin breakouts.
