Sound just stopped working randomly
So believe the other reviewers when they say it just stops working. My son doesn’t even press the hand button often and we thought maybe just cheap batteries and replaced them. Still not working. Pretty odd it stops working for everyone around the same time frame. Cute toy otherwise. Just don’t buy it for the sound.

BETTER in person ! the quality is so great ! it has not ripped or even a thread hanging . the sound that plays is so perfect and not sounding off. She Loves it !

Sad baby boy
We purchased this item for my one year old son for Christmas. After only using it 10 times, it just stopped talking. We attempted to change the batteries but it just was broken. I now have a heartbroken toddler and a waste of $20. This toy is geared toward toddlers who get emotionally attached to their toys, it should be more durable.

Low sound
My grandson was ok with it. You can't hear the sound very well unless very quiet.

It does have 10 phrases, need to change the switch on the back of the toy!
UPDATE: my original review stated that there are only 4 phrases. We opened up the back of the toy (his sweatshirt opens up with Velcro) and found the battery pack. It has a switch on it. There are 3 positions. Position I, which is all ten phrases, Position O, which is off, and then position II, which is only 4 sayings. I’m not sure if that was written on the box of the toy, but I wanted to let everyone know that it does have the ten phrases listed. Original review: It’s a nice toy and my son seems to like it. My only complaint is that it says there are ten phrases and it definitely does not have ten. There are only 4 phrases that it cycles through.

Remove Audio from Demo mode
The bear is so cute & the audio quality is good. But when we got it he only said 4 phrases & we thought it was broken. The instructions are inside of the bottom panel of the packing, so we didn't even know they were there. When we found them, we discovered you have to go to the battery pack & change the setting from Demo mode for him to say all 10 phrases & sing the songs. Just wanted to share this in case someone else thought there bear was broken.

Hi Neighbor
Bought this for my son for a comforting Hospital Prize. He was giggly excited to receive him. It is a little big for him, but he is a small dude. He cuddled with it all day today. Great toy for someone who loves DT. Great get well soon gift.

Gave to my 18mth old Granddaughter for Christmas she’s in love with Tiger and she loves the doll . So far so good ... works perfectly ...nice and soft ...speaks very clearly and not too loud . Adorable . Got my money’s worth ..well made ... Got Katrina as well ditto on her .🥰
