usb - Hi my product did not come with the usb interface ? So is this a missing part - as I have plugged the battery in but the keyboard does not work?

I can't remember if mine was in the box or device. If you shake the device, and it rattles in is in there. If you do not have it, it will not work.

Keypad is not working on my HP laptop but when plugged into the main PC it is working fine. Why might it not be working on my laptop.
