They are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They also have the effect of easing constipation which is very helpful. I find my legs aren’t as restless when I take these too. I would say if you have difficulty swallowing large tablets then these may be an issue for you. You can chop them in half though. If the 500mg magnesium bisglycinate claim is true, the max yield is 70.5mg. you would need 709mg of magnesium. Magnesium oxide has a 60% yield. It is not on the label.They are selling you cheap magnesium buffered with laxative and slipping through via regulatory enforcement laxity and in some cases loopholes.
