They are the recommended dose of 7mg. When I opened the capsule the powder was a dark brown reddish colour with a strong seaweed yeast taste and smell. However, in the capsule form they are tasteless and odour free. I researched before purchasing and Time Health is a reputable company and if you look on their website they sell other health supplements. I have taken these for two months and my daughter complimented my skin looking smooth and healthy. I take these as anti-oxidants against ageing, to lower my high cholesterol and for my depleting eye health. Astaxanthin also have other benefits.
