The design is great, because it has a very good rear portion that is larger than just about every other heating wrap. For me, that's great because it heats up with moist heat over by bulged disc in my neck at the C3-C4 discs as I use it prior to doing P/T traction for my neck condition. It has a very nice and soft covering that really feels good and the adjustment feature allow a perfect fit for any size neck. The reasons that I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 are because of two things. First is that their time to heat it is way too short. The second one is that it loses its heat (in my opinion) faster than I'd like. Perhaps it's because I have only had it for 1 month and it may need some more breaking in time. The seller gave me good and quick communication on my questions prior to me buying it.
