It's not overwhelming but it's not exactly strong flavored. It definitely has a sweet butterscotchy kick to it. A colleague even tried some on a square of chocolate and said it was nice... if you decided to do that. Would definitely buy again and I'll be trying some of the other flavors too. As far as flavor for calorie and sugar content go it's definitely worth a try.
