Review: My go-to for hydration - Love these! I’ve tried a few different brands but Waterboy is my favorite. It dissolves easily and quickly. Even though I drink plenty of water, I would get still get cramps. I have one a day and it definitely helps.
Review: I order this religiously — lemon lime is the best - I’m genuinely obsessed with the Waterboy (specifically the Lemon Lime) flavor. I’ve reordered it more times than I can count at this point, and it has become one of those things I always keep stocked. It tastes really refreshing and is easy to drink without being overly sweet or having that weird electrolyte aftertaste some hydration mixes have. The lemon lime flavor is by far my favorite. This was also a total staple for me during pregnancy and postpartum when I was trying to stay on top of hydration, and I still use it regularly now. It’s convenient, tastes great, and has officially earned a permanent spot in my routine.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy it, you won't regret it if you are serious about your health and fitness!

This is an awesome product that I wish I would have added to my routine sooner -- after ALL of my workouts I suck this down and it tastes so good but even better, I notice the difference. I feel hydrated, refreshed and I don't have that overly tired feeling. Worth the money, the sticks are great to just throw into a blender bottle into your gym bag and none of that spilling mess! Great with some ice cold water. It does taste a little salty in the beginning but you quickly get used to it and actually desire the salty taste! Smells good, tastes good and superb ingredients!
