Where was this when I was in culinary school decades ago? This is a great tool that provides the universal measurements we use in culinary applications. It even provides an embedded safe temperature template for every type of protein. A "must-have" tool for every aspiring chef or cook who requires precise cut measurements for both baking, fine dining and patisserie applications.

Perfect for culinary School, College

It is what I expected. Nice and sturdy with all the standard high class-kitchen cuts. Measurements and recepies are somewhat not necessary, yet the are included in standard ruler and I am fine with that. The only complain is that only acrylic ruler was available, thus minus one star. At the same time in Europe you can get your hands on these rarely. All in all, buy this unless you can get metallic. This is good item.
