I've had this sitting in the cupboard for ages but recently had 2 insect bites on my legs which were very inflamed and extremely itchy. Remembered about my quercitin supplement, took one last night, and very quickly all the itching disappeared! I've had a good night's sleep and they're still not itching this morning. The inflammation is also going down. Amazing!!

I bought a duvet that I thought was down only then found out it was a down and feathers duvet. I am highly allergic to feathers, cats and dust. It bring on my asthma plus flu like symptoms. I lived with this for over a month and then decided that I would find a natural remedy because I don’t take antihistamines anymore due to reading the inserts and see the side effects. plus I couldn’t take the duvet back having opened it.Every time I did some research this came up at the first suggestion for natural allergy relief. Instead I tried spirulina which worked for 30mins once. I then took a chance on this because I just didn’t believe that it could make a difference. Wow... Was I wrong! This is AMAZING!! All of my allergies stopped in it’s tracks. This morning I started to get a blocked nose and runny nose - remembered to take this and it stopped within 30mins.I would highly recommend this for anyone who has similar allergies. It’s insane how quickly it works.It says to take two a day but I only take one which seems to work for approx 20hrs. Can’t recommend this enough.Oh and one side effect that I’ve found from this supplement is that I have more energy. I wake up at 4am most days and normally I’m groggy... Since taking these I’m wide awake at 4am. No oversleeping for me anymore!

I believe the brand to be a good brand and highly recommended. I don’t know whether they have worked or benefited me in anyway. I would buy again. Cheaper here than some health shops.Easy to swallow. I’m a sucker for a supplement that claims to help. I’ve been suffering with a skin condition so taking a cocktail of supplements that claim to help.It’s still present but not as bad as it was.

This REALLY helped with my sensitive stomach. After a long period of stress I was having major problems with my digestion, I'd have reactions to food (crazy huge bloating, anxiety, panic, indigestion, IBS). These were foods that had never caused me any issues before.
