Squid Brand Fish Sauce 300ml

Fermented anchovies. Adds Umami to just about anything. Much like Viet Nam Pla sauce. Don't overdo it, a little goes a long way. You do not want to get it on you and smell like ripe fish all day. I use it in stir fries and ramen. also in beef stew, baked beans and rice, tried it in a curry. That did not turn out well... Experiment tho, you never know what will happen. What could POSSIBLY go wrong? :D

Have had better fish sauces. Prefer the PANTAI Ca Com Fish Sauce from hoo hing personally.

Great product I always use this fish sauce perfect for som tam or lots of other Thai dishes.

This is the first time that I've used fish sauce and it's a great discovery that adds so much more depth of flavour to fish-based curries etc.
