Extraordinary performance for the price
I fully expected this to be a waste of money - I was wrong. This device, while obviously made of rather cheap-feeling materials, is extremely effective in the dark. Even in pitch darkness. I am amazed by the performance of it, and while I don't really have a practical use for it, i am pleased that I bought one. The number of batteries required (8) is pretty steep, so I advise using good quality rechargeable AA batteries; I use Panasonic Eneloop batteries and they are more than sufficient. With intermittent use, I got 3-5 hours from them. Range is great, and although the zoom is digital, the sensor is of sufficient resolution to make no real difference in the output quality. Simple equipment, but very good. Just don't expect military-grade gear.

Who needs carrots with these beauts!! ;)
These are an awesome piece of kit at a good price. Part of me was thinking that for £109 they can’t be great but other reviews seemed pretty positive. After moving into the countryside, we have heard all kinds of noises and I was interested to know what wildlife we have mooching about. During the day we have lots of birds, tits and finches mainly but we also have Woodpecker. So we open up the Night Vision, pop the batteries in and I give them to my partner for a go...’what a load of rubbish’ he says but then he remembers the focus wheel and hey presto we can now see in the dark. We are not disappointed. We have seen mice, rats, vowels, squirrels and my personal favourite lots of hedgehogs. These are great as you can observe the little darlings in their own habitat without really disturbing them. Brilliant. I would definitely recommend.

Used for hunting
Only used once (at the moment) so this review is off my first experience and overall I was impressed. Was concerned the batteries would drain quickly. Device was on for at least 1.5 hours at IR level 3 and plenty of life left in the batteries. For £120ish the image quality was good. It degrades when digital zoom is applied but that's to be expected. I was impressed with the IR function and didn't really need to go beyond level 3 of which there are 7 levels. I purchased this over other devices as I was attracted to the eye piece but on reflection this reflects back on my face and startles game. I plan on fitting a red filter so not such an issue. A couple of things that I would improve. The camera lens when removed dangles from a string and makes subtle noises when hitting the casing of the device. This also startled the game. I would have something moulded on the case to stow the lens cap away. The zoom and IR buttons were sometimes difficult to locate. I would often find myself looking for the buttons. This might just require some familiarity and further use of the device. The case feels very plastic (which I'm sure sounds obvious). I was concerned that I might break it and would like a neoprene case for it. On my first trip out I saw plenty of wildlife. Badgers, deer, hare, rabbits and had lots of eye shine that was hidden by foliage so I couldn't determine what was there. With any night vision it's difficult to judge distances and this is no different. I was seeing clearly out to 100m and could focus using the thumb wheel underneath. For the price I'm pleased but would like to see some alterations (but appreciate that I was using them under specific conditions).

Fantastic piece if kit at night
First of all- I am not affiliated with the seller nor have I been offered any "freebies" to write this review. I have seen this happening quite often and find it disgraceful. Ok, so the binoculars (actually a monocular) are brilliant at night for a £99 item. No set up, no fancy dingdongs to make it work. Just put batteries in and switch it on. Adjust the zoom and IR (one button each - even I managed that easily) and adjust the focus. Done. It was dark as a bear's behind and I only needed to go to number 1 of 7 possible IR levels. Clear and bright at a distance of about 20 metres. I attached 2 photos. One is dark without infrared, the other shows the same area on IR1. Photos taken with my phone. Don't know what it's like at the advertised 100 metres, but that's for another day to find out. Didn't like the quality as much in daylight, but I don't need them for that. I only bought it to spy on our three Hedgehogs and for that they are brilliant.

Best night vision for the money
These really work well. Bought them for a friend who wanted to watch wild life. You can see as clear as day in the darkness and at over a 100 meters. Big screen very easy to operate. I will be getting them for myself now.

Cheap and it shows. I had a feeling I wouldn't be impressed.
Turn the emitter up full and the 8 batteries run down very quickly. With the short range of the emitter I found I was having to keep turning off until I wanted to look at something which meant using my torch until then. Having to constantly adjust focus was a pain. I didn't expect a lot for the price and I wasn't surprised when I used it. Too bulky to carry around really vs its usefulness. I will save for proper night vision goggles. Buy for kids maybe at this price but they will soon get tired of it I expect. As for batteries charging 8 batteries every time I wanted to go out for a walk with the dog just isn't worth it. The batteries are now in other devices and it is in the cupboard.

Good camera with good quality image
Very good for what it is. The IR camera is extremely good. I live in a rural area with woodland at the bottom of my garden and at night it is completely dark. The camera allows me to see clearly into the woods and the focus gives a decent clarity of image close up and at distance. The down sides, the box says X3 zoom but it only seems to go to X2. There is no way of turning down the brightness of the screen so at night it can dazzle and it takes a while for your natural night time eyesight to come back. It's also not actually a binocular, it's just a 3 inch screen so it's more of a handheld camera. I bought this just to see if these types of cameras worked and I am very impressed with it as a night camera. Next time I would probably spend a bit more and get one that can record video and pictures. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Spedizione sempre precisa.

Used it for a bit, the seller is a cool dude. Bad: - The screen inside is a bit bright, if you have natural night vision you'll want to close one eye while you use it as the light will make everything seem dark again - It works as a flashlight, but with IR. The IR light shines (invisibly) and the screen lets you see how it reflects. Better for close-range sight (i.e. a mile or less). Good: - Super easy to use - literal plug and play, except with batteries instead of a plug - Well made - The entire thing is made of hard plastic. Nothing shakes inside and it seems resistant to the outdoors - Eye visor - The visor area has a rubber cover to stop any light from the display from bleeding out. It also provides enough room for those wearing glasses to see with ease - Display - Everything is grayscale, reflective surfaces (slippery puddles, the eyes of animals, etc..) really stand out more than they otherwise would. The contrast is also high enough to ensure that everything is clear and crisp. Overall, great product.
