Maseca Blue Corn Flour 1kg

I use this product all the time and it is a good price and generally available on Amazon Prime. Perfect for making tacos, tamales, other Mexican dishes. Really good flavour, perfect. The best flour of this type and the only one I use and had a Mexican street food company for years and write cook books, so I should know! 100% recommend both the blue and white varieties.

Decent quality corn flour, the colour is great. It comes packaged in a paper bag but the aroma was not as fragrant as another brand that I have previously bought that was packaged in plastic.

I usually get the yellow version of this but thought I'd try the blue just to see what it's like and it's tasty, easy to prepare and cooks up well. Maseca is my go-to brand for corn tortillas.

As a product, it’s great to make tortillas when it’s sold before its expiry date. However, it’s completely unacceptable that the product was sold nearly a month after it’s expiry date! It was purchased on 20 Dec 2025 and the packaging clearly states it expired on 25 Nov 2025 (“FCAD” stands for “Fecha de caducidad”, i.e. “expiry date”)

If you want a real taste of México, this is perfect! Fluffy and delicious blue tortillas! Very recommended 💙

This wasn't initially my first choice, now it is. Great value, easy to cook with and sooooo much more tasty....in my opinion.
