Our mat is made from food safe platinum silicone. Their outstanding strength and durability it has the Gewissenhaften build to the Made in Germany).
Our mats are Maracons baking mat reflects with 3 mm thick and is therefore the of the most powerful Macar ons on the German market. It is specially designed for use with the oven macaroons and produced. It has 48 moulds, so, you have up to 24 macaroons per mat. The can can be used as a practical baking paper. Thanks to the Platinum Silicone is guaranteeing uniform heat conduction, the 3 mm mat thickness ensure good strength and durability. The mat is very flexible, as is a simple roll possible.

I bought this mat for making macarons but after having used it several times now it is now binned, macarons stick to the mat quite badly, better using greaseproof paper
