USI Pen 2-Grey For Tablet

I bought my Lenovo Duet 3 Chromebook several weeks ago and have been exploring its' capabilities since. Despite understanding the limitation on the display for this device that required a USI 2.0 pen and thinking I had found one, I was disappointed to find that it didn't work. Further research seemed to indicate that there was only one USI 2.0 pen on the market (this item, the LenovoUSI Pen 2) and it was out of stock on both the Lenovo store and Amazon. I received my pen today and can confirm that it works brilliantly. The accuracy and speed seem to be very good. I had little delay when testing cursive writing and drawing as well. The pressure sensitivity allows pencil drawings to be lightweight when little pressure is applied and heavyweight when higher pressure is applied. The palm recognition can take a little getting used to, but I am literally minutes into using the pen, so I'm sure it will become second nature. And the issue is nothing major, simply if the pen is lifted more than an inch or two from the screen, my palm would be interpreted as a touch and move the image. Happy note taking, drawing, and annotating fellow Duet 3 owners.

just got it a few hours ago and already loving it. gonna return my other one. i use a lenovo duet 5 chromebook. AAAA battery operated. can rest my hand on the screen and the stylus works.

I bought a duet 11 and was super excited that the case and tablet had a spot for a smart pencil so of course I got the one intended for the device. For $40 I thought to myself that it seems expensive but hey it's probably worth it. The first thing I did was try sticking it to the back of the tablet and it fell right out. What was the point of a pen holder if it does absolutely nothing? No buttons on the stylus itself means you can't switch features on the go and you have to manually do it. Lastly the pen tip drew an inch away from where I was pressing it. Pointless product and waste of money.

A Handy Addition ​Opening the box and taking out the pen was absolutely flawless, I must say. It was easily usable straight away with no fuss whatsoever. Honestly, I rather underestimated the sheer convenience of having this stylus for my Lenovo Chromebook Duet Gen 9; it's turned out to be quite the addition! While it's lovely to have the function of it sticking to the back of the Chromebook so I don't misplace it, do make a note of this: the magnet on the pen isn't as strong as one might hope. If you barely bump the desk, it goes tumbling right off. If you pick up your Chromebook with the pen attached, it will definitely fall off, even with the magnet; expecting it to stay put is definitely not the case. If you intend to carry the stylus around with you, you might want to invest in a case that has a dedicated pen holder. In all it feels great, Writing with it is great its compatible with my device and the price was nice for this great pen.

This pen was decent for the quality, and the metal casing felt durable, very smooth and comfortable to the touch, although, I bought it because it said it was compatible with my laptop, but when I tried it out, it didn’t work. If this was user error, don’t listen to me, but I would definitely reccomend looking close at the compatibility with the laptop you plan on using it with. Great product though!

It’s works but I literally only had it for a month and the tip already broke!!! Right in the middle of an important drawing!!!!!!

Ein handlicher und schöner Tablet-Stift, geeignet für alle Geräte die mit USI 2.0 kompaktibel sind. Praktisch ist die unkomplizierte Stromversorgung durch eine einzelne AAAA Batterie die den Pen, ohne lästigem Laden, sehr lange mit Energie versorgt. (Bei moderater Nutzungsdauer vermutlich einige Monate) Wer gerne mit Kugelschreibern arbeitet, wird die Spitze dieses Stiftes mögen, da sie durch die eingebaute Feder beim Tippen ein klein wenig nachgibt und diesen deshalb von "Schreibgefühl" ähnelt. Zumindest im Vergleich zu der starren Spitze ähnlicher Modelle. Beim Tippen hört man dadurch zwar ein leises Geräusch, welches manche als störend empfinden könnten, ich hingegen aber sogar mag.

USI2 is bad. But on BOOX Go 7 it’s terrible. This pen might not be the worst but this technology is a nightmare. You can’t get right e,u,s etc most of the time and in many cases they are not even registering at all !! To me it’s absolutely unusable.
