no significance of the stand, sort of cheaply made. It has an edging blade. I prefer the vibrating razor over this one.

Do the blades fit any fusion handle?

As far as I know they fit the heated handle and the exfoliating handle. Those are the only 2 handles I know so the short answer is yes. I have both and the blades fit both
