My class have loved this jigsaw and it has really helped their learning. My only quibble is that the join at the bottom split quite quickly. It has not affected the use or enjoyment of the puzzle though. Great product.

My grandchildren really enjoy doing this puzzle and pointing out the animals and birds found in different parts of the world. They also like to point out the different countries where aunts, uncles and cousins live as well different holidaying places. Lots of discussions points arise whilst doing the puzzle. It's great fun to do and helps with improving their knowledge of the world.The puzzle itself is brightly coloured and the pieces robust. A good buy.

My son is nearly 3 and loves puzzles. So the opportunity to learn and enjoy puzzles is something I'm keen to promote. The art on the animals and countries is excellent and pieces seem very high quality. My only criticism is it is not a puzzle in the conventional sense as the pieces are sometimes whole and slide into place, rather than clip into place. Not only is this different to his other puzzles but it means the parts that don't clip in, move around too eaily. Some parts do clip in but only the outsides of the puzzle to create a frame

My son is 5 and I just got this for him as he starting to get more sense of what is the world we live in. I really like and enjoy most products from Mellissa & Doug. it is always the same quality.

At first i thought that the shape of the pieces was odd and for a moment i regret my purchase. However, my toddler loves this. It isn't a traditional puzzle, the pieces don't connect together like we are used to. They sit beside each other. Because of that there are pieces of various sizes and shapes, which makes it easier for puzzle beginners. And you also get a chance to teach them about the world map. Great buy!

Great puzzle, really nice big pieces, good quality board. Nice that imagery is realistic

I bought 8 of these as an educational tool for the classroom. I am a geography teacher and have used these as a starter activity several times. It encourages students to work together to create the World map. I have used them with Y6 and Y5 students on visits to my school. The pieces are robust and can stand the handling of the most enthusiastic students. The boxes store well.

Beautiful puzzle and very sturdy but not many of the pieces are just placed together with no anchor points (just pressure once it's all put together). Therefore quite difficult for my puzzle mad 2.5 year old to figure out and better for an older child.Its lovely quality, absolutely huge with very bright vibrant colours.
