Numicon: 100 Square Baseboard

Great item. I bought it along with the 80 piece Numicon set to help with homework etc. using it with my 6 and 8 year old. Thought they might have been too old for it, but definitely not. Getting so much out of it and makes life easier when explaining maths and doing sums etc.

These are great with multiple uses, the children love adding the work sheets and blocks to them or just using them to count the spots

As a Davis Dyslexia Facilitator I frequently give my clients one of these boards to take home after a Davis Maths Mastery Programme. In the programme, our clients master times table facts using a grid made of 100 clay balls and two clay ropes. This base board is a portable replica of the clay ball grid and is a really handy way to practise the Davis multiplication techniques at home.

Good with what I needed it for - extremely annoyed that you HAD to purchase two boards even though I only needed one. The minimum number in the drop down box is two which is frustrating.

This is good to use with the numicon shapes when you want the pieces to stay in position! It's also good for work on symmetry and transformation of shapes. The raised bumps can be used as a sort of grid - you could even use it for co-ordinates work.

Ok product. 4 middle pegs are slightly bigger than the rest. Not sure why, so pegs don't fit.

Reasonably priced product which is the same as the original board received with the Numicon set. Ideal as a spare/replacement/additional board for another child.

Works as advertised. Expensive for a bit of plastic but the tooling is complex. And anything in education is $$ because they don’t sell high volumes of these.

Simplemente un material genial, para trabajar con niños de 5 a 7 años, en la escuela lo usamos mucho para trabajar la numeración y el espacio
