Seems to work. Ammonia spike tish if you don't use red bottle too
The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars across the board is that because when I got it it says in the small print on the back of the bottle thst if you don't use it with another fluval product it can cause an ammonia spike. I then had to go and buy the red bottle too. I don't mind having to use both products but it would be useful to have been told this in the item description. Good job I read the small print of I could have killed my fish. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and am starting to see a small difference in the substrate.

Im just a novice but was pointed in the direction of Fluval, don't think I will change to anything else now, great value for money also, does exactly what it says, couldn't recommend highly enough to anyone, fantastic brand.
