So difficult to use at first, but persevere every day and you'll get great results. I started off trying to do 10 per day and at first my range of motion was very small, but gradually as my strength built up I could increase the range of motion, although I still have a way to go before I can reach the full range and really stretch all the way out. I still have to stay on my knees to use this, unlike my boyfriend and his friends who can use it balancing on their toes! It's very challenging and I would advise to watch a few youtube videos before giving this a go to get your technique correct and to see how to modify to make it easier in the beginning. The wheel itself is very easy to put together and well made. It comes in 3 pieces, with the wheels and handles separate and putting it together is very obvious and can be done in a few seconds. I don't usually use the mat as it's a bit thin for our hard wooden floors and I have a thicker yoga mat to kneel on, but it's probably fine to use if you are using this wheel on either carpet or laminate floors. Wholeheartedly recommended for anyone who wants to really build their core, its an excellent arm workout too. I am not particularly strong in the upper body, so it's taken a few months to build up some strength there. But I would say persevere,. because if I can do it, anyone can! (I broke my right arm a few years ago and since then I've always been very careful when bearing weight on it). I have just now updated my review to 5 stars as now I'm getting the hang of it I'm really enjoying using this piece of equipment. It really works your core hard, much more than plank and crunches ever could! If you're serious about getting a toned stomach for the summer, you need one of these and they don't seem to have them in the gym!

I have used plenty of various abs exercise tools over the years and this is certainly one of the best considering the cost. I have used it 3 times since delivered, spanning across 10 days and have felt the soreness in the abs the next morning every time (lower and upper sections). This thing not only works the stomach as you will need other muscles to pull yourself back up. I certainly feel it in my upper arms and chest, especially if you go all the way above your head. I have also noticed that my lower back strains hard in each pull back but that may be due to poor form of performing the exercise or my back is weak. For those of you that are interested - I do 3 sets of 10 reps. If you are not confident or lacking the strength to roll out all the way, going half way will do the trick too and then slowly build up till you can roll as far as your arms can extend. For those of you that are pros, I saw a video where you can start from the standing position instead of from the knees. My wife gave this a go and she felt it more on her arms and chest, instead of her abs. I am wondering this is due to the weakest muscles being worked the hardest. There are a few videos on the 66fit YouTube channel, which demonstrates the exercise and shows you how to do it correctly. The product itself is solid. The foam on the handle is sufficient and I feel comfortable in each rep. It is very easy to put together (less than a minute) and I would assume the same to dismantle if you want to take it with you on your travels.

What can I say; this is a great bit of kit. I have been using it for a few years and it has really increased my core strength and contributed to a better physique. It is very simple to assemble and as such can be broken down to allow you to pack in luggage to take when you are away from home. I'm a pretty big chap and even with my weight it still feels sturdy and supportive whilst using it. Its very comfortable to use and easy on the hands. The only negative point is the knee pad which could be a little thicker to provide extra comfort. It still works great and looks like new despite using it nearly every day. A must have piece of kit for anyone looking to improve their core strength.

Nice small box arrived no excess rubbish When I got it out the box I didn't even bother with the instruction as its pretty straight forward to assemble. I have had one of these before which was more expensive and only one wheel which broke on day 2 of use. I then swore never to buy one again but was sent a promo code so gave it ago. This one on the other hand is dual wheeled making it much more sturdy and half the price of the crap I bought in the past. It even have knee mat to save your knees even tho I'm in my 30's I am glad of it. I can't go too low just yet but with a few more training sessions on it I'll be back to my old core fitness all I need to do is sort my midlife spread out so I can see it. You will definately feel the benefits if your doing it properly. Wish I bought one of these earlier. Very sturdy easy to store away as its small

The reason why I'm giving this a three star, is because it is a normal standard product. There is nothing more of less to this product. Its easy to assemble to put together and to take apart. It very light weight and easy to store away, you can also take it with you from one place to another. The only disadvantage about this product is, there is not much you can do with this. It only goes back and fourth. This is why returned the product. Also I was not really seeing much difference when using this. I highly recommend customers to purchase the ab roller with the foot straps included, you can purchase one with the foot straps from the same company as this ab roller. The foot straps included with the ab roller, allows you to use the tool in many ways. It's much more effective and boy you will feel it the next day. compared to this one, its very simple and there was not much benefit involved.
