These pain relief pads are the best I’ve used, they are comfortable to wear, wrapping around the waist means the adhesive doesn’t need to be a strong to hold them in place. Very effective for pain relief, easy to remove, great value for money. Highly recommend.

As a chronic back pain sufferer, you're always looking for something/anything that will make things even a little easier and I use heat pads/patches frequently but the adhesive type sometimes cause a reaction and dont last too long. These wraps are among the best I've ever tried. The paper-type "bandage" which adheres to itself at the front is unobtrusive under clothing and does not cause irritation but the real magic comes from the heat cells positioned anywhere you want at the back. The heated area is the largest coverage I have found on these type of aids and the heat, in my experience, lasted from 9am in the morning to midnight and was still lovely and warm when I took it off. It helps both to ease the pain and to warm up muscles to prevent spasms.It really "does what it says on the back" and well worth the price from this seller. Just a pity that they are not available in bulk at more reduced costs.

A great product but very expensive. I am a size 8-10 so the belt was massive on me. Went half round me again which meant it slipped a little. I need it slightly lower than it really wanted to stay. Belt is elastic which is good. It's a little sharp. I found it irritated me mildly. I guess you could wear it over a very thin layer. Stayed hot for quite a few hours and definitely helped my pain. Much better than the stick on patches as it can be adjusted a little when needed rather than peeled off. But overall they work out very expensive.

Warm and comforting.

These heat wraps are amazing - honestly, if you suffer from back pain a lot, get these, they keep warm for like 10 hours and make a huuuuuge difference. When they say it`s the equivalent of 6 ibuprofens they are not kidding! These have been my absolute go to product everytime I've had back issues, which unfortunately, has been quite often, and almost constant in the past 1 month. I also love the fact that you don`t have to stick them to your skin - i find the actual belt is comfortable and the size of the heat covers almost all of my lower back (I am on the plus size). I always use these and carry them with me when I go away in the event of a crisis.

What a great find. My back is always in pain. I use these on my back a bedtime and the heat does wonders for relieving the pain. Can also be used during the day. Fits very nicely on most size people. Can have on 12 hours and then off for 12. Great product.
