You can only but try. I used it on my Audi A4. Did help stem the leak but did not a cure it completely. Seals were probably damaged rather than worn. Still leaks after two bottles. On my third now. I took the car to Honda, who told me that it needed a new Power Steering Pump - cost £730 (incl. VAT) + about another 250 (incl VAT) for fitting. - Nearly £1,000 (which is more than the car is worth, lovely as she is to drive)!!!Having checked the problem out on the internet, I found this product and read the reviews on it - At £9.00 or so for a bottle, it HAD to be worth a try.Using a turkey baster I drained the power steering fluid reservoir to the bottom, then replaced it with the Lucas stuff, which was almost exactly the same amount. Turning the engine on, I turned the wheel full lock to the right, which resulted in a loud grating sound. Then I turned it to the left and it was much, much, less. Back to the right again, then left again - Nothing. Quiet as a mouse. The (one finger) turning is now as good as it was when I first bought the car.I have been out and about testing it on tight corners, reverse parking, etc. and I really cannot BELIEVE that this Lucas fluid has sorted the problem so easily - AND so cheaply!!!I would highly recommend it to anyone, anytime. It worked for a few months, until the severe wear in the system got to a point where it just had to be stripped down. The reservoir also used to leak a little from the seal on the filler cap, and this stuff discouraged that from happening. Basically this stuff did exactly what I bought it for.
