Two things really set this apart from other similar items: the wheels and deck surface. It has solid rubberized wheels not that hard plastic stuff that just wears down on cement. I can use this indoors and outdoors, went through grass, over cracks, no problems. The deck is rubberized so things don't slide everywhere. I cannot believe how many other carts were smooth surfaces. Maybe inside with smooth floors that's fine, but the friction let's this one work in more places. It's also extremely sturdy, it might be a little heavy for some people (about 60lbs), but I'm a big guy so it's easy to lift into my truck. The only downside is the metal pieces on the corners that hold down the rubberized surface have screws that extend underneath and so if you were to grip there you'll poke your fingers/hand. I covered them with the foam that came with the packaging and some duct tape.

The cart is great - heavy duty and smooth movements. But it reeks of cigarette smoke. I first thought it was just the packaging, but after 48 hours the cart itself is still smelling up the room. Since we're using this in an animal care facility, it's very disappointing.

I like the product but it got damaged in a corner I’m assuming it was from freight. It still works great I’m just hoping it holds up

I use the 2200lb capacity version to haul engines and transmissions around the shop. The platform has no issues supporting heavy loads, and the soft wheels roll over cracked driveways, gravel, and mud without getting stuck. I store mine outside under a tarp and it works just as well as it did on the day I bought it. It's not the cheapest option, but it is money well spent.

Great cart? Very durable, a bit heavy but very versatile.

Purchase something different. Cheap handle that I expect I will have to replace along with the wheels due to inferior quality. One of the non-swivel wheels was warped out of the box. The rubber mat is thin. This is an expensive disposable platform truck that I should have returned. Don't be like me and waste your money on a cheaply made platform truck.

Arrived with dents and chipped paint. Looks like a rerturned/damaged item. It was a hassle putting together, will be a hassle taking apart, reboxing, returning, and then having to wait over a week again to receive another. The cart itself fits my Cadillac SUV perfectly! It is heavy and sturdy. I am disappointed in receiving a damage cart I purchased as new! I would give it close to a 5 if not for the damage! The company gave me $20 off for the dents. The cart is worth it. you get what you pay for
