Max Factor Masterpiece Nude Palette, Contouring Eye Shadows, 03 Rose Nudes, 6.5 g, (Pack of 1)

This is a very cost effective make up palette. I particularly like the darker colours and the applicator is soft, not scratchy and it applies the makeup well. I never use the bigger end and would rather it had two smaller ends. The makeup lasts for ages too.

My wife is very happy with this palette of eyeshadows.

Bought this as it looked like nice neutral tones for a good price. I was a little disappointed with the palette when it arrived as the colours are more muted than I realised (bit boring). They do however look nice on and are nice quality.

Bought this to replace a palate I still had from a decade ago. I love these colours and this is my go to palate for a night out for a smoky eye. Very happy with the product

I love using this eyeshadow. Lovely subtle colours and they blend well . The shadow goes on easily and stays in place all day without having to use a primer. I’ve used much more expensive shadows, but this is my favourite for ease of use and staying power.

Speedy delivery and double bubble envelope so arrived with no damage. This was to replace the same set I had that got dropped and ruined. Having tried cheaper eye shadow sets, I can now appreciate the quality of this Max Factor set - great pigmentation, using less product for better coverage.

My very first impression of this is that this is Max Factor’s take on Urban Decay’s Naked palette range. These palettes have fewer colours and since this is a drugstore brand, this is at a much more affordable price. This comes with a sponge applicator and I personally find it useless. This palette has a good selection of colours, with matte base and crease colours, shimmery colours for over the lid and your deep dark colours for a smokey eye. This palette is missing matte warm shades and I find that I can’t wear an eye look using the colours in this palette alone, since I look very washed out. You can see how these colours swatch on my hand in one of the photos I've attached to this review. While swatching these shadows I found the shadows to be quite crumbly and powdery. When I picked them up on my finger they felt very chalky and crumbly. That said, I did manage to get smooth and opaque swatches out of them. When I applied these over my eyes with a brush, I did get some fall out but this was easily sorted with lightly brushing it off with a fluffy brush. I do like the first (very light matte), second (light shimmery pink) and fourth (rose gold) colours in this palette and I would wear these on my lid together with a darker warm shadow in my crease. I think that if you like the looks of the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette but you're looking for a cheaper alternative, you might like the colours that come with this. The quality of the shadows are reflected in the price. It is a usable palette.

I like these Max Factor eye shadows, earthy, natural colours which stay on all day. You can buy eye shadows cheaper than these but they don't look so natural, not as easy to blend and usually wear off before the end of the day. So pleased with these and the case they are in will easily fit into my handbag Recommended

Sooooo i have dark skin, yes I'm of African descent and these colors look great! But yeah not on me ... Not best quality and meh 😑

Ich hab sie beide 🤗 Sie lassen sich gut auftragen und halten auch gut. Die Farben sind wirklich sehr schön. Von hell bis dunkel ist jeweils etwas dabei. Mit der Palette kann man daher das ganze Auge schminken. Ich nehme immer einen hellen matten Ton für das Oberlied. Im Innenwinkel und unter den Brauen benutze ich helles Glitzer, Lidfalte und unterm Auge dann einen dunklen Ton. Der Applikator hat eine dicke und eine dünne Seite-das erleichtert das Auftragen ungemein. Preis-Leistung super. Kann ich daher sehr empfehlen.

Additionally, one of the best customer services i had on Amazon - i was called during the day of the delivery to let me know they will make themselves available in case of any issue with my order and got a handwritten thank you note once the item has arrived, along with a gift from their side. Really lovely colours in this palette, but no matter what eyelid primer I use, along with setting powder, within an hour the colour wears off. This is surprising to me because I know this brand and it's one that I use a lot. Normally eyeshadow in general will last 6 to 10 hours on my lids. But with this, after only one hour you can see that the colour is fading, and after two hours you can barely see anything. So I'm certainly not going to buy any more of their shadows, because it was a great disappointment. It's too bad, because these are some of the most loveliest shades on my green eyes-and I have tried several different things on my lids, and the end result is the same-the shadow just disappears!
