Belkin Car Vent Mount for iPhone, Samsung, Silver

This fits perfectly both in shape and in colour on my Toyota Prius second gen. Same silvery grey and black design, it becomes invisible when I tae the phone out. It is stable, grips my iPhone 6 on a Quadlock case safely and I have never once had to fiddle with it while driving because it came unstuck or vibrated (something that happened with other over engineered holders I used). I would just keep in mind that with a larger phone it may become angled (always on the Prius) or a bit top heavy, but this has to do more with the shape of the air vent than the actual holder itself. For the price I think it is a well build, high quality and functional iPhone holder. Would absolutely recommend.

This review is for the vent mount V2. The mount is excellent at holding my iPhone 6. There is plenty of extra space and it it sits secretly inside the holder. The only issue is that the phone slides down every so slightly but not enough to effect it's usage. I would note that the iPhones gps signal can drop out if the phone is placed too low in the holder due to the gps location behind the apple logo. I just ensure that the phone is placed quite high up in the holder and there is no issue. The holder itself sits well in my Volvo c30 and has seemed sturdy through multiple uses. It feels very well built and is very sturdy feeling being mainly metal in its construction.

I have a golf mk6 2010 plate, and I find this product really helpful for the iphone 6s that I have. The device slots nicely within the air vent and makes the device accessible easily be hand whilst driving, thus making a perfect satellite navigation system using google maps (if needed) on routes that I'm not familiar with. The device itself is sturdy and stays firmly in place, mind I am only driving on roads, I reckon if you are going off the beaten track I'm not sure how this device would withstand.

Surprisingly sturdy with very good grip on both the air vent slats and my phone. I can imagine it would fit the vast majority of car air vents given how narrowly spaced the prongs are. 2 notes of caution which do not affect my satisfaction with the product: - Be careful to line up the notch in the far end of the gripper prongs with the vertical slats in your air vent (if present), if you don't and push too hard then you may dislodge the vertical slats and this is a pain to rectify. - If the adjuster slat on your air vents sit a long way proud of the main vent slats then you may not be able to rotate the mount as advertised since the cable tidy section will foul on the air vent control. More of an issue on older cars such as mine but worth looking out for. On the whole still very pleased, cable tidy is fiddly but works well and the biggest selling point is how inoffensive the mount is when no phone is installed. * If you like your car to resemble a Turkish baths then do close off the air vent you are using to mount your phone otherwise you risk baking your battery :)

I wanted to get away from the cheap and nasty phone holders that exist in plenty on amazon. At first glance the item looks premium, with a soft touch plastic feel and matte effect plastic. It installs easily enough and seems to hold the phone ok. I have not as yet tested on a long road trip. I will say however that the instructions specifically state that the clamps are to be pushed right over the slats of the vent all the way. However the clamp is short and stubby and therefore that's impossible. I'm using a Golf Mk7, not sure how different that is on other cars. UPDATE- after some use, the holder clamps the phone hard (iPhone 11 pro max) but the hold on the vent slats is not very firm. During driving as long as the phone is not moved that’s fine. If you need to change something on the phone simply remove the phone and holder complete.

We have these in all the family's cars. They fit really well on the vent blades, can be fitted vertically or horizontally and hold the phone really tightly. It's easy to get the phone in and out. I can't fault it. Perfect!

There are so many companies selling mobile accessories at reasonable prices it's tempting to buy on price. Having had mixed experience with various mobile phone mounts for cars, I spent a little more on the Belkin Vent Mount. It feels solid in the hand and performance is just as solid. No wobble, a firm grip on the phone in its case. Best of all, use in landscape mode far surpasses any other product I've tried. It's hard to see how any competing product could be better. Don't hesitate to buy this is you want a great quality, highly functional vent mount for your phone.

Sometimes the springs feel a little too tight so it gets a little difficult to put your phone in. Besides that, it's exactly what I was looking for.

Il prodotto è molto valido e Belkin è una garanzia. L'ho installato sulla mia Lalfa 147. Ho avuto la fortuna di comprarlo in offerta, ma anche a prezzo pieno vale ogni euro. Colpisce per la semplicità del design: si aggancia alle alette della bocchetta di ventilazione dell’auto con una speciale “clip” sul retro, e in linea di massima va bene per qualsiasi modello di automobile. Proprio per la sua essenzialità, non rovina l’estetica del cruscotto dell’auto. L’altra cosa che colpisce subito del supporto di Belkin è la sensazione di robustezza: i bracci sono in alluminio pressofuso rivestiti in morbida gomma con una elegante finitura metallica in argento. La pinza sul retro (clip) è in gomma stampata, e si può ruotare facilmente per adattarsi al tipo di aletta, in più c’è anche una fermacavo per mantenere ben saldo e ordinato l’eventuale cavetto di alimentazione collegato al caricabatteria da auto. Inoltre, la clip può girare di 180° in modo da poter utilizzare il telefono sia in verticale, sia in orizzontale senza doverlo staccare il supporto. L'ho testato a lungo in un viaggo di 1.000 km lungo autostrada e strade di città. Non ha fatto una piega e non si è mai nè staccato nè caduto. L’idea di attaccare il cellulare alla presa d’aria è fantasticaperchè quando fa caldo l’aria condizionata evita il riscaldamento del telefono. D’inverno, invece, bisogna avere l’accortezza di chiudere la bocchetta per evitare che l’aria calda finisca sul retro del telefono. In pratica promosso a pieni voti e consigliato l'acquisto

Das Teil ist leicht zu bedienen, macht einen wertigen Eindruck und das Handy lässt sich spielend leicht auch mit einer Hand darin befestigen. Bei mir ist es ein IphoneXR inkl. Hülle. Das Handy sitzt fest und kann auch gedreht werden. Das Anbringen am Lüftungsschlitz ist, wie soll's anders sein, total einfach. Habe mich bewusst für Belkin entschieden, da ich bereits andere Produkte von dieser Firma habe/ hatte und einfach zufrieden bin. Mit ca. 18Euro ist das Teil nicht das günstigste, aber es soll lange halten und einfach „vernünftig“ sein. Das Geld ist gut angelegt.
