There's not much to say other than this does exactly what it's supposed to do and it does it well. Worth the price for the quality you're getting

For those of us who prefer to keep paper files, this is essential - being able to punch through many pages at a time, it saves time and effort. The hole puncher is of good quality and will last many years.

I've been using the Leitz brand of office stationery for many years. They are well designed, functional and well constructed. I bought this Leitz hole punch to replace my old Leitz - simply because the plastic paper measuring rule had broken (plastic turns brittle with age). I rang Leitz UK who said no spare parts were made for the paper measuring ruler. The metal section of the hole punch was still working. Hopefully, this Leitz hole puncher will last longer.

Great quality and easy to use with sharp hole cutters and a pull out size guide so you don’t have to line up the pages against your binder. Good price too.

Don't waste your money on any other 2 hole puncher. This is the best I have used and it's well worth paying the higher price for something that is very well designed and built to last, whether it's for personal use or office. The paper alignment guide is sturdy and very clear to read what paper size you have adjusted it to. Big lever to reduce effort. Can handle around 30 sheets of paper and punches very clean holes every time. Elegant and high quality metal design - looks good on the desk and quality is guaranteed for 10 years. At the end of the day, the design of this puncher allows you to be very efficient and is easy to use with large amounts of papers. The only downside so far, is like other reviewers have mentioned. The height of the puncher is about 10-10.5cm extended, so will not fit in many drawers (unless you use the cheap and nasty packaging strap that it arrived in). It would be nice if it came with a good quality clip to allow it to be stored in a drawer in the compressed state.

I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to documents around the house and tend to hold onto most things that are important and keep them filed away. Often thick stuff like policy documents etc After my metal punch finally gave up after almost ten years of solid service I had to start looking for another which seemed to vary wildly in construction and design. I chose this one for three reasons: 1. Metal Construction 2. Bold colour (I chose Blue) 3. Easy to see paper size guide Well I am quite happy with my purchase. The metal construction is solid and it doesn't feel flimsy. What I particularly like about the design though is that the underside at the rear is shaped to allow you to grip it one handed so should you nto use it on a desk it is easy to hold and operate. I though this was a really good touch to be honest. The colour is really nice and the paper guide is easy to read. I don't understand why they aren't all like this. It states the max capacity is 30 sheets at 80gsm. I haven't counted the sheets I've punched but it handled everything well including my recent mortgage policy bundle. Overall very happy with my purchase and I recommend this punch.

NeXXt Range, 50080095 - Black , 30 sheet punch = £10.79 After decades of using many cheap, rubbish punches that are blunt and only do a few sheets at a time whilst requiring you to use absurd amounts of strength, I decided to make doing the filing less of a chore and invest a whole tenner on something decent. Did my research and came up with this. First impressions are its like something my grandfather would have used and was built to last. This one is mainly metal construction with a few bits of plastic like on the base and the paper length adjuster. Both bits of plastic are solidly constructed inspiring confidence in longevity. The mechanism to remove the punched paper is absurdly easy - no more fighting to release the catch only to end up with bits of confetti all over the floor to add hoovering to what should have been a simple 30 second job. If you've read this far, do yourself a favour and just buy it - and stop wasting your time and go do your tax returns!

I knew this day would come. The day I sit in front of my computer reviewing hole punches on Amazon. Ah well, sweet gentle reader you came here for a review and so you shall have it: The Leitz 50080095 picks up where the Leitz 50080094 left off. Leitz have retained their classic black and silver styling, but that is where the similarities end. The biggest difference is the punch gauge - a 1mm increase might not sound like much, but in the holepunch universe it is a lightyear. Where before punching through a twenty deck of invoices, whist effective, felt workmanlike. Now it slides through them like it was born to do it. And let's face it, it was. If Jessica Simpson was designing a hole punch, it would look and perform like this - sleek, sexy, powerful. Not often words used to describe a piece of office stationary, but this is not mere stationary. This is a business management device. You will never look at your Rexel Bambi stapler the same again. 5*
