If my home cctv is conected to my main router i can view it on my phone but if i plug it into this via the ethernet will i still be able to view it?

This is more of a wireless extender, so where you have weak wifi signal. I use it as that type of device. Still provides you wireless coverage however it creates a new wifi network. I've not used the ethernet connection on it so not sure but I don't think it will be a problem. My recommendation is to get home plug devices instead they would definitely work.

my router does not have a wps button. can i still set it up?

If the router is in another building 20 metres away will it connect to a smart tv

To be honest, I would think you are pushing it’s limits, it depends on many things, the construction of the building walls, how much download you need. I would email the company direct and ask their advice. Ours nearly trebles the signal thro 3 walls over about 14 metres. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.

I have two isp’s in my house. Can I select on instillation which router to pair the range extender to?
