Train hard - buy this
Hands down the best recovery tool out there. If you train hard and often you will find fatigue slows you down. EMS is amazing at letting you carry on training. Don’t buy this get a 6 pack (new body fat under 12% for that) buy it to get strong 💪

Improvement from the Performance model
I have the Compex Performance EMS unit and have used it for a couple of years. I am a cyclist and used the Active Recovery mode. Recently my 14 yr old daughter developed knee pain. We took her to the doctor, then physical therapy where it was determined that her pain was caused by muscle imbalance pulling her kneecap to the side. We have used the Compex in addition to the PT exercise and her knees have improved. Since she has been using that unit I decided to try the new SP 8.0. I have been using it in conjunction with the website and the "improve your cycling" program and it seems to be working really well. I really like the wireless connection between the pods and the control unit as well as the nice charging station and carry case. The color screen with graphics is a big improvement over the mostly text display on the Performance unit. Overall I am happy with my purchase and think it is worth the price.

Non Compatible Plug
Not supplied with UK plug, therefore completely useless, spoke with Amazon, as useful as a chocolate teapot. Ive offered solutions ie replacement plug, send an adapter, completely useless. Apparently they have Protocol to follow!Save your money. Im stuck with a non-workable item. Thanks Amazon!

Rehabilitation
Use this product very frequently with patients for rehabilitation; from pre/post operation to athletes who just want electrotherapy massage. - Good when used with occlusion training.
