I am on a very long waiting list for a needed procedure and have had numerous cancellations so I needed something to help my day to day life. This product does the job perfectly as it is well made, large enough, discreet enough, comfortable and very effective so saves any minor visual embarrassing accidents you may have from time to time. Good value as well

Having recently started to get occasional desperate pee symptoms I started looking for a quick fix. What did I need to know ?? How big ? - about 21cm from top to bottom but this isn't as big as it seems because the triangle moulds into a sort of pouch shape when worn in close fitting pants. About 19cm wide at the widest point tapering down to about 7cm where it tucks underneath. I am only 65 Kg with a 32 inch waist and it's not too big on me. How much can it hold - Up to 200ml apparently but you have to bear in mind that this is probably if you lay it flat on a table whereas gravity and physiological factors comes into play when you are wearing one. I would say it can cope with a few short squirts or dribbles (of about a shot glass full each time) over a period of time in relative safety however this is not designed as a full on diaper. At risk of sounding weird I would suggest that you do a ''dry run'' in a safe place before you have to put it to the test in the middle of the supermarket. Sticky strip to keep it in place. Wetness wicks away to the gel type core fairly quickly. No odour. Very thin at 3.5 mm. Roll it up from the bottom and tuck in at the sides for easy and discreet disposal. I now feel much more confident about wandering around the gardens of Stately homes etc knowing that I don't have to panic - my only panic is did I put one on this morning LMAO.

These Tena pads have saved me from such embarrassment this past week. Just out of hospital after an operation - Turp. These pads are discrete, easy to fit and wear and catch any and all drips and unfortunate leaks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rob

I have had urinary incontinence since having a prostate reduction operation 7 months ago. At first I needed Level 2 but am now down to Level 1 for the occasional leaks. It has been difficult to accept my need for this product (I am in my mid 50s) but I have to say that it is the best on the market and I would not buy any other product. It is discreet and reliable, and was delivered very quickly. It came in a plain brown box to avoid any potential embarasment (I did not enjoy going into the chemist for these!). It is also significantly cheaper than high street prices. So, I've reluctantly accepted the long term need for these, and actually find that life is quite manageable with them. After a while you don't notice them and they become part of normal life. I hope that this is of encouragement to other men who might be struggling to come to terms with urinary incontinence, particularly if 'younger'. There are probably more of us out there than we realise!

Item quality good and fit for purpose. HOWEVER, when I last purchased these they were £29.99. Today, they are £53 - an increase by nearly 100%! How can a price hike of this magnitude be justified?

Nach einer Gehirnblutung (man glaubt ja immer, dass einen selbst so etwas niemals trifft) musste ich leider auch mit vielerlei Problemen zurecht kommen. Aber hier hilft nur eins '– kämpfen, niemals aufgeben. Irgendwie hab ich es geschafft. Ein paar Dinge blieben trotzdem zurück, unter anderem eine leichte Tröpfcheninkontinenz. Das kann, bisweilen, recht unangenehm sein. Aber zum Glück gibt es Tena Level 1. Hört sich jetzt wie ein doofer Werbetext an, aber ich möchte Menschen, die etwas ähnliches durchgemacht haben wie ich, ein bisschen Mut machen und Tipps geben. Man ist nach so einem Ereignis zunächst hilflos und verwirrt. Manchmal traut man sich auch nicht, über alle Dinge offen zu plaudern oder sich zu "outen". Ich denke, dass das jeder nachvollziehen kann. Deswegen bestelle ich die Einlagen auch lieber diskret bei Amazon und lege sie nicht in der Drogerie auf den Tresen. Bei Amazon sind sie am nächsten Tag da und als Prime-Kunde bin ich dafür sehr dankbar. Generell ist dieser Service auch in anderen Dingen für schwerbehinderte Menschen wie mich ein Segen. Das muss man auch mal sehen. Ich bin noch in einem jüngeren Lebensalter, unter 50. Die Tena-Teile sind klasse, haben nichts von Windeln, tragen nicht auf, man spürt sie kaum und sie halten den ganzen Tag. Ich hatte zuvor ein Produkt von einem bekannten Discounter mit zwei Buchtstaben versucht. Die waren auch nicht übel, aber verrutschten leicht. Das passiert mit den Tenas nicht, die der Discounter übrigens auch im Angebot hat. Fair muss man bleiben. Es ensteht kein Geruch und meine hochwertige Unterwäsche, darauf lege ich höchsten Wert, wird nicht in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Ich kann die Einlagen nur empfehlen. Sie sind zwar etwas teurer, aber Sie erfüllen zu 100 Prozent ihren Zweck.
