It’s seems to be old and dry, need to use force to get the color to rub off and it ends up pulling out hair. Not using it

Perfect colour and blended in really well to my natural eyebrow colouring. Really easy to rub off if needed. Stays on all day so no need to reapply. Love the shape of the sculpture as it's easier to get an even straight shape
