Can you use these to play rythmn or are they only for finger picking. My grip isn’t what it was and these could be an option.

Yes, although it's not the usual method. You'd probably have to fit the pick on your thumb but pinch it with your index finger otherwise the pick would get knocked out of place- especially if you play an up-stroke. Also the the actual "pick" might be a bit too long and too thick but you can cut it down and smooth it with a nail file or some fine sandpaper. It might not work for you but give it a try - what's to lose!

What size is a medium thumb? And what size is a large thumb? I am worried incase this wont fit

My thumb is 24 mm across at the base of the nail and I can only answer for my thumb! It was quite a while ago and I don't know if different sizes are offered. The plastic is very flexible - its clamps on my thumb alright and also over my knuckle. I do find it can get somewhat "tight" after a long session, but I don't play like I used to. Being flexible, it might be thermoplastic so that you could drop it in hot (even boiling) water and resize it to suit although I never tried that. I also filed one of mine to a shorter length that I preferred.

Has Dunlop stopped making their small size thumb picks? I still have a box load of them but I'd still like to get my hands on more of them.
