I’m thinking of buying a tether (thin square of plastic) that goes between back of phone and case, not very thick but would it fit?

You would be able to fit something similar to a piece of card or credit card (without raised numerals). I suppose that it might increase the battery overheating risk which is the issue that you need to be aware of with a snug fitting case such as this one. I have just tried it with a non raised numeral card. It also slightly misaligns the case side buttons and lifts the screen so that it is not as well bumper protected.

Hi,is it dustproof please?

I’ve had this case now for 7 months and although it’s a fairly tightly-fitted design, it is NOT DUSTPROOF. The cutouts allow particles to get in behind the phone. I would highly recommend this case though 4/5
