Is this really "in stock"? already? and what dose n in "pth-660-n" means? because there is no such thing on wacom website.

The n simply refers to "North" which on wacom's website means the box comes with English, German, French, Dutch and Russian. -s refers to the "south" edition, which features English, French, Spanish and Italian languages on the box instead

Is it reversible, so that the buttons can be on the right for left-handed users? or does that then place the usb port at the bottom and in the way?

It's completely reversible. The USB port is on the right-hand side. The tablet can be rotated either way, and switched to left-hand mode in the settings menu. The cable doesn't get in the way at all (it can work wirelessly anyway!)

How does this connect with the New Macbook Pro's?

USB port or Bluetooth are options for connection, although am having issues at the moment which Wacom are trying to resolve. The device connects automatically to the Bluetooth even though it is connected to USB. Works great either way. Bluetooth is a good option as it means it is not tethered and can be used without being too close to the laptop.

Does anyone know how to put the wireless USB back in its slot after finish using the tablet. I can't seem to fit it in where it has the USB icon.

Lift the little catch up on the side and there will be a cavity inside for you to store the USB thingy
