they can be used on fabric as long as you use a stencil and a bit of distance or it will bleed , remember to hot iron and it will stay forever

Can these paints be used on an rc car

I suppose they could be. I would prime the shell first then after applying the paint, apply a polyurethane varnish (Matt or gloss depending on the finish you want) for a more hard wearing top coat (Vallejo make both)

Can these paints be used on canvas material and interior painted walls

I can't see why not if you print the canvas and then seal. I used them on a wood table after priming and sealing and worked great.
