What is the consistency of this item? my store no longer carries the thicker argan oil from ogx so if been using the thinner vitamin e oil.

The Vitamin E oil works perfectly on my hair, but my stores stop selling the vitamin E oil so I switch to the Argon. The argan oil is too thick for my hair, therefore I would say the vitamin E would probably be a little too thin for yours if the consistency of the Argon is what you are looking for.

heh....interesting question....just rather pleasantly sweet i guess. not too strong...maybe buttery or vanilla i suppose. good smell. hope that helps

Do I need to wash my hair after applying this ?

It used to be a great leave-on oil that made my hair soft and manageable, but it is not the same anymore. It is not penetrating at all, and if you don't want to look like you have not washed your hair for a month, you should rinse the oil off. I do not see any difference between using this product and cooking olive oil, except you'd get a lot more olive oil for the same price.

Can this be used as a hot oil treatment ?

We don't recommend using this as a hot oil treatment. :)

Follow the instructions on the back and it really does keep hair soft with a touch of shine

Being a guy who only recently started getting hair products due to growing my hair out and having to go to interviews, i had to think about looking my best, with this Argan oil of morocco product i find my hair really does stay soft to the touch for almost the whole day, keeping my hair from looking dry, still frizzy hair, but soft and slightly shine to make it look healthly are all there. Great product will buy again!

Recommended

I have used Hair oils before and been disappointed because they left my hair feeling greasy. I have coarse and thick hair which tends to look unruly and this has worked well. It smooths my hair without making it greasy. I’ve stopped using conditioner and just use this after washing.

I have dry damaged hair, this works brilliantly for me, leaving my hair shiny and manageable, however, be careful not to use too much or it will feel heavy and greasy. Easy to use and can apply to selected areas. Love it

Best serum for dry coarse hair

Regular user of this wonderful product, great for my dry, coarse, white hair. Unable to source in local shops so was so pleased to still get online, although delivery takes a bit longer than usual.

Great product but doesn't reduce frizz

Doesn't really make a big difference to reduce frizziness of my hair. But smells amazing and help it hair look healthy. Delivery time was awful...took almost a month

This stuff literally revived my extensions. I just got extensions and for some reason they were so incredibly dry and breaking off. I was using another brand of argan oil but it really didnt seem to help. But this stuff? oh girl. So soft and shiny and smells bomb. If your hair is dry and damaged... trust me you need this in your life right now.
