Which one is better for a child, this one or three bears one?

They are both as good. They are just different shapes. This one can be used as a starter for colours, food, healthy eating, where food comes from and counting. The Bears can be used for colour, size and weight.

Sounds like lovely toy but would be interesting for almost 4 years old girl?

Personally I think it would, depending on the child of course. What one might find fun, another would just ignore. My pupils loved playing with the pincers to pick the fruits up and loved the fact that they were tiny fruits. She may or may not find the sorting aspect of the toy fun - some do, some don't - but I think she'd probably get a reasonable amount of pleasure from the toy in its own right.
