How easy is it to clean off the adhesive when you are finished with it

Never tried but T-cut cintains a slovent that gsrs mist messy glue stuff of. And you can give it a polish after!

Can i use this tape on a concrete step outside

It would mostly stick but I dont think I would risk it incase it started to lift off and somebody tripped. Don't know how it's stickyness would stand up to rain, especially on a porous surface. It may also wear away with the friction of people stepping on it. I put it on a black trolley box so drivers could see me on a dark car park. Be aware that it only shows up illuminously/reflectively when car headlights shine on it. Hope this helps.

Will this stick to tree bark to prevent vehicles reversing into it

Possibly, it would depend on how rough the bark is. I used mine on a slightly textured surface and it stuck on well. However, it never got wet in the rain so I can't say if it will stay on. Remember trees grow so it may end up damaging the tree if you wind it round it. It is possible to buy a curly plastic band designed to protect young trees from being nibbled by animals that expands as it grows. You could perhaps attatch it to one of these. Hope this helps.

Is thid also availsble in flourescent green, red, and 'silver'?

I don't know. I haven't seen any in any other colours.
