Hi there. The pen is colourless but can be used on fabrics. The markings/writing are visible under UV light.

Can this be used on fabric like t shirts etc?

I never actually tried, but I would think yes, just like any other marker.

Can you write with this on paper? How long lasting is it for this purpose?

You can. It will take about 10 minutes to completely disappear though. I don't know how long it will last. Probably as long as any other marker would. I use it on metal and wood and works just fine.
