I use this to help put moisture back into my skin. Definitely helps. Apply to damp skin then I use some nights a tallow balm natural moisturiser or good old olay. Its thicker than others but I'd say better results, plumper skin

recommend for dry skin which needs a bit of hydrating, this has been part of my skincare routine for months now and its perfect! nothing to much, easy to absorb on the skin and lightweight to whenever you feel you need to hydrate you can whenever, wherever, easily fits in a small bag.
