I want to do a 20 sec. workout, rest 10 sec, and repeat for a total of 4 minutes. Can I set the watch to sound alarm for each portion of the sequence?

Yes. You can set a small beep, a big beep, and/or vibration. You can also set how long it beeps. I sometimes do a 5 part workout with 20 seconds each and then go into a 90 second break. For my workout, I set it to give me one small beep for each 20 second section and then 2 big beeps for the 90 second break.

Does the timer reset itself? if set it at ten second intervals?

On the MiniMax, you can set it to repeat 10 second intervals (or any other intervals) up to 2,475 times. At the end of the number of intervals you set, stops and you can start the whole thing over again with the press of one button.

Can this be set to Just vibrate - no sound? I need an alarm set for every 30 minutes that will not annoy everyone around me.
