How big are the tablets? I have trouble managing large ones

The tablets are quite big. I too often have trouble swallowing large ones, but have never had problems with these. Just make sure you take enough water in your mouth to wash them down. Not just a sip. Hope this helps.

Are these more effective than Echinaforce drops?

My daughter prefers they get in the system quicker. I am happy with the tables.
