What is ethanol that is in this product?

But why ethical an 65% if I was looking for ethanol drops I’d buy this

Is it ok for a child if it has alcohol in it please?

The manufacturer says that it's suitable for kids over four years old. But there is an echinaforce kids (not drops but chewable tablets) with no alcohol on it

What are the full ingredients? Does it contain sugar?

It only contains echinacea and ethanol

Once opened how long can the bottle be kept ?

I'm not certain, but personally I would go by the expiration date on the bottle. I go through it in a month or less, so never keep it, but my daughter has used some that was opened for six months and still did the trick.
