Is this food safe glue ? I need to glue rubber part in my juicer.

I may not be entirely correct but Cyanoacrylate glue is non-toxic when cured, although I wouldn't recommend using it if it is avoidable. I have used it in the past for glueing fake fangs to a gum shield (don't ask) and had no issues but I can't guarantee you wouldn't have any.

Am unable to squeeze the glue out of the tube. Should it be heated at all ?

No, don't heat it up, I've not had any problems squeezing the glue out of the tube, I have no answer to your problem other than to say, are the tubes faulty? maybe you should contact the manufacturer?

I need to stick plastic to metal. Will this work?

No it will not stick non porous materials. It says it will in this description but on the bottle it says to apply the glue to a porous material.

Need to stick material to Pvc door will this work ?

It certainly should....watch out for glue on skin....it sticks skin to skin!
