I started using the Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol (40:1 Ratio) the same day it arrived, and I was pleased with the quality right away. The packaging was secure, and the product looked fresh and well-made. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no strong smell or unpleasant taste, which makes taking them daily very simple. I also noticed that it didn’t upset my stomach. Since adding it to my routine, I’ve felt more balanced overall, and it seems to help support a more stable appetite and better daily wellness. This product serves its purpose. It’s easy to swallow, i have no evidence of weight loss but I just started using. The taste is fine and I don’t mixed it with anything. I have to cut the dosage because I was feeling a bit dizzy. My mood seems okay so far.

If you are looking for an inositol supplement, this is it! I started inositol for PCOS and insulin resistance. Within the week I dropped extra water weight, had more energy and my mood improved. Not funky taste to the capsule. Periods became more predictable. Did have some extra cramping with my first period after starting but then back to normal by the second. I actually switched off this onto another brand for one month because they were cheaper. I didn't like the taste of the capsules of the other brand so I switched back. Within the week once again my mood improved and I lost extra water weight. I just thought it was because I had recently been sick and PMSing. Nope! The brand makes ALL the difference with supplements, some just aren't high quality. This is the good stuff! The only real downsides are it is 4 capsules a day to get the full dose and its about $20 for a one month supply. For me that's worth it. And I can't say I have really experienced any side effects. Game changer for me!!!!!

I’ve been taking this supplement to help manage my irregular periods and recent diagnosis with PCOS. I first noticed improvement in my bloating being reduced, and I got my period without it skipping an entire month as it usually does finally (it is still irregular, but that’s a huge positive change for me personally going from a 60 day cycle to a 38 day). I am only giving it 4 stars because I believe since staring taking this, I have been more fatigued. I get very tired during the day if I don’t have a coffee or an energy drink in the AM. While this doesn’t happen everyday, it is something I have noticed since starting taking this supplement. I will continue to take it and hope that with the longer I do, my periods stay consistent and get more regulated over time. I can deal with a little fatigue and I believe that isn’t a huge deal as this supplement has had much more positive affects on me than this one downside, and also that’s just my personal experience with it & it won’t be like that for everybody. Overall, I am happy with this product and I would definitely recommend it to anybody struggling with managing any PCOS symptoms & irregular cycles.

Nails grow fast and harder

It has been fantastic combined with a whole food, low carb food plan. Split into twice a day, there's been no gastrointestinal issues except the first dose. Mood is better, anxiety is better. The biggest thing is that food noise is gone. Hunger may still come, but it's just a normal hunger where you look forward to dinner in an hour, but you don't need to "find a cookie now". Most days I will even forget about food for hours. I've been taking it over a month now and it's amazing. Doctor encourages it and states for me it's safe to take. Can't recommend it enough. For me it's working along with eating the right foods and calorie reduction,like Ozempic without the side effects and it is natural.

I have been taking this consistently every day for 18 months and I’m not kidding when I say that it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. After 4 kids in 8 years I was up 40lbs that I was unable to lose. I had insane cravings, afternoon crashes, and my energy was at an all time low. I couldn’t stick to a calorie deficit because no matter how much I ate I was always starving. As soon as I started using this product within a WEEK I felt : -more energy -less cravings -better sleep After a while I noticed that my calorie deficit was actually working the way it should and I ended up losing 45lbs in one year. While I do not believe this product causes weight loss, it definitely helped my body do what it was SUPPOSED to in a calorie deficit. I felt more in control around food and shockingly after one year of use my period became regular for the first time in my life! I do not plan to stop any time soon and I would recommend this to anyone dealing with any of the same issues I was. It is a real game changer for me.

I think this regulated my cycle but I'm gaining weight. It took me a while to figure out what it was because I wasn't being consistent for a while but as soon as I started taking them every day the weight gain seemed to get worse. I have NEVER had lower belly weight gain until I started taking this product. Causes constipation as well which would make a lot of sense with the lower belly gain from bloating. I also haven't had any motivation to do anything and I'm feeling exhausted around noon every day though I sleep fine. I will be stopping these.

I wanted to wait a full month before giving an honest review of this product I’m currently on to my second bottle, I’ve had PCOS ever since I’ve been 15 years old I have tried several different PCOS supplements to help manage all my symptoms.. By far this is the best PCOS supplement I have ever tried.. I have never had a product that actually worked the way this one has, This completely regulated and balanced my hormones, I have always struggled with really bad hormonal imbalance, very bad mood swings a lot of ups and downs.. Since I’ve been taking this I’ve have been perfect I’ve never felt not only better but much happier and more emotionally stable, I’ve always struggled with constant hormonal acne.. I have haven’t had any new acne since taking this product, My hair has also stopped falling out…! I’m no longer having bloating in my stomach either! This product really is amazing and I highly recommend anyone who has PCOS to try this ! 5/5 product!

I like these and find they help with mood, regulating my periods and helped a lot with postpartum issues. I've struggled with Endo and cysts my entire life which can be debilitatingly painful and these helped a lot with preventing painful periods. I do wish that it was just one pill though instead of 4 a day, when you take other supplements it's kind of a hassle.

As someone with PCOS, this really helped balance my hormones, my cycle, my sleep and mood-swings. For better results take 2 in the morning during breakfast and 2 before bed paired with Magnesium. Talk to a physician before starting to make sure it’s the right for for you.

First month of having this product, my period was delayed. I was concerned about it but people said it is normal for women who have PCOS, so I tried one more month. My period was delayed again so I stopped taking this. However, it was not delayed. I am PREGNANT, 5 weeks now. I have tried to have a baby more than a year and finally I will be a mom.

I’ve tried this for maybe 2 months I do think it’s helping with my PCOS there is no weight gain I don’t bloat anymore. And I do have more energy… but I haven’t noticed any weight loss… but they say 3 months is the true test. So far so good
