Bach Rescue Sleep Natural Sleep Remedy Liquid Melts 28 Capsules Natural Sleeping Aid

I use Bach remedies for a lot of different things, and have done for years. I live near to Dr Bach's house and have seen how simply they are made, just a small bowl of water with different plant extracts, leaves, petals, bark etc, left to infuse in them in the open air, and that's it. As natural as can be. These tiny little capsules taste great and I just can't believe how effective they are. They dissolve on your tongue in seconds and you get a taste of orange, which is very pleasant and then you just drift off into a sound sleep.

I love the fact that you put one tiny capsule on your tongue, have a little read if you want to and you are asleep. You wake up quite refreshed. I did not want a prescription drug. Just need it to get through a trying time. I bought it because I have Rescue Remedy which is brilliant and the Rescue night is just amazing.

I've been suffering with bad sleep and anxiety, these have been fab and definitely help you drift off and feel calmer in the mornings. Life savers!

Not made any difference. They are tiny as well…need microscopic lenses to take them. Maybe if they made them bigger than they would be more effective.

This product is not worth buying doesn't work the small balls are so tiny you will probably drop them before you are able to use then spend time you could be sleeping looking for them. Didn't work for my 10 year old.

I am very much into this type of Bach products and purchased it with confidence.It had no effect whatsoever on helping me to sleep. Sigh…

Used it 1 night in place of benedryl and I slept great! We will see!

Ideal if you are restless at night but do not want to take sleeping pills. It helps you fell asleep even if you have to wake up after 2/3 h. No groggy feeling, no dépendance to it. I highly recommend

Took it when my mind would not stop racing. No taste which is good. I put it under my tongue and it melted quickly. I only took 2 tabs. Gave my friend and she felt she needed 4 tabs to sleep well. The 2 she took didn’t work as well. Its a good product

I used to use Sleep Melts years ago, but decided to try melatonin for a while. Was that ever a mistake! :S I am getting to sleep sooner now, and staying asleep, with no more nightmares.
