I had a wild ride with this one. When I first got it, I tried to use it like you see the guy in the picture use it. And my beard sits WAY lower. Which was really disappointing. I was going to return it but then on a whim, I put it on my lip instead of under my nose and it matched PERFECTLY. This is definitely worth picking up. If its not sitting where your beard is, experiment with it a little. Move it lower and you may find it creates a perfect and clean line for your beard. The pencil that comes with it also works really great.

I brought this to make it easier to line up my beard. Unfortunately, the shape/curve does not line up with my natural beard line. However, the quality is good and the material is strong and flexible. It's easy to use, has decent functionality l, and is a good value if your beard falls within the correct area. I would give it 5 stars if my beard was compatible.

Once I applied it to my face a few times and got it stretched out a bit it works great. I no longer have to worry if the line on both sides of my face are even. I am very consistent at inconsistency, but this jig makes it's easy to Mark with the included pencil and check my even line before I cut.

I used for the first time last night. Overall worked well-enough. I just had issues with remaining hairs on face for detail’s sake. It took some additional touch-up time to get me right, it worked though. Most even I’ve been in a minute. I’d recommend some ear wrapping stabilizers. The pencil sucks. It was broken in half from delivery. I attempted to still make it work and use it. This product would work well for someone who’s beard comes high on the cheeks otherwise don’t bother.

If you want a nice clean beard this is the best product ever.. I don’t use the pencil that comes with it, I should use a razor while I’m holding the liner guard, it works better that way.

Works great Great lines to follow

This is a good idea, but if your face isn’t the same size as the model (mine isn’t) then it doesn’t really work. The thing I like most about this design is it is symmetrical so both sides look the same, but it only comes in one shape that doesn’t fit my face. If I put it under my nose as per the instructions, it doesn’t go far enough down on the side of my face to reach any of my beard. If I put it on my lower lip, I can get a decent line on the sides of my beard, but then the transition into the sideburns doesn’t match up.

I’m glad I tried this, I wasn’t sure about this item. I have a medium size beard, and I’m not into super tight lines all around. I’m into more of a natural look. The Brink Clean Edge Generation 2 performed beautifully! It allowed me to line up my cheek lines perfectly, and leave more hair, for fuller beard! You can line up the clean edge, just the way you like, you don’t have to do it the same is in the Amazon advertisement. I’m a thin guy, and it fit face perfectly! If your average size or thin, the product won’t be a problem. If you’re a bigger, and have a chubby face, I can see it being an issue. It’s a solid, well-made item! Do yourself a favor, and get this awesome beard tool!
